1. 可蒐集更多相關MeSH term查詢。
方法:使用Cochrane搜尋文獻後,點選appendix,可從搜尋策略中找關鍵字。
2. 調整檢索方法:先把同一類的東西用"or"搜尋後,再用"and"將各個子集合聯集起來,此方
法也可避免若突然要加新東西而影響結果。
3. "filter"等待資料蒐集完整後再使用。
4.一開始的限定欄位可用"[tw],可蒐集到較完整的資料。
*[tiab]、[ti]會較精確。*Medline搜尋以".."代替"[]"。
5. 搜尋文獻時,關鍵字通常會配上"限定欄位",可幫忙濾掉不相關的資料;資料量太少時可不
限定欄位。
